THE WALKMEN @ WEBSTER: I HEAR THE SONGS & THE WORDS DON’T CHANGE

Other than Morrissey, I can think of no other acts (off the top of my head) that I’ve seen live in excess of ten times. Last night’s gig put The Walkmen into this elite category. Their Webster Hall set focused on a parade of new tracks but also included faves from each of their releases (with an emphasis on last year’s stunning opus, You & Me). Glorious! Be certain to catch The Walkmen on their upcoming trek with Kings Of Leon. Visit The Walkmen on MySpace.

Waiting... One of the things that gets under my skin is having to wait for a music download to finish. I usually end up playing something silly, like online bingo or some other flash game, while I'm trying to kill some time. It's an easy way to kill 10 minutes while waiting.
