This Saturday, West Coast cult rockers People will be hitting New York with a rare performance at Sullivan Hall. For the group’s debut album, The Cliché, the band worked with veteran punk/metal producer Dave Jerden (Jane’s Addiction, Alice In Chains, Mary’s Danish) to produce and Jerden’s right hand sound guy, Bryan Carlstrom (Billy Idol, The Offspring) to engineer. Together they’ve created a true rock album that takes cues from 70s punk classics. Make sure and check them out, they hit the stage at 10pm. And if you happen to be an NYU student, the show is free!
