There are very few artists that consistently give me goosebumps. There are even fewer that happen to be based so close to home. New York’s Soren Anders positively fits within this elite category. Over the last year, his stunning vocals and heartbreakingly beautiful melodies have won me over in a major way. For his most recent performance, Soren handed out tiny daisies (a la Morrissey’s former gladiola obsession) to each & every attendee just before playing his glorious cover of ‘Heaven Knows I’m Miserable Now’.
