    [...] While not as crazy as your typical Flaming Lips performance (I miss the dancing aliens!), last night’s appearance on The Tonight Show with Conan did see the band support the recently released Embryonic with a flashing gong and Wayne Coyne (and the ever-changing words on his hand), both of which aren’t typical of late night television. Waiting... One of the things that gets under my skin is having to wait for a music download to finish. I usually end up playing something silly, like online bingo or some other flash game, while I'm trying to kill some time. It's an easy way to kill 10 minutes while waiting.
