The follow up to 2009’s superb debut Until the Earth Begins to Part will be out on 25th October 2010 on 4AD. Titled Let Me Come Home and produced by Tony Doogan, if this is anything like the first record, then it’s sure to be something special.
We’re very excited to announce that our second album, Let Me Come Home will be released on 4AD in the UK and Europe on 25th October 2010! Details of the North American release date will follow shortly. The album was recorded in Glasgow with producer Tony Doogan (Mogwai, Delgados, Belle & Sebastian), and features guest vocals by Jill O’Sullivan from Sparrow and the Workshop, and artwork by the legendary Vaughan Oliver of v23. A new single, A Darkness Rises Up will also be released prior to the album on 18th October.
You can grab the track “A Leaving Song” by hauling yourself over to the band’s webpage and signing up to their mailing list. I’ve gotta say that I’m massively looking forward to this – and I can’t wait to see if the band can sustain the momentum from their debut.
