Cassettes Won’t Listen has a new record coming – teaser trailer below! – but far more exciting is the mixtape he’s put out under the Dfalt name.

CWL calls Dfalt “a palette cleanser to help get through writer’s/producer’s block and guide me seamlessly from producer of one group to musician of another.  After a few months I had amassed a collection of music that I really enjoyed.  I realized had an album close to completion.”

The new CWL record is apparently coming after he scrapped a completed record back in 2008. That’s perfectionism for you!
