On Valentine’s Day 2008, Sean Lennon premiered his new band with girlfriend Charlotte Kemp Muhl called The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger during a live performance at Radio City Music Hall. Now, their first album, Acoustic Sessions, is set to be released on their own label Chimera Music on October 26th. The first single, “Jardin du Luxembourg,” is a light, 60s style affair that dares you to make Beatles, “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds” comparisons, which of course coupled with Sean’s shockingly similar voice to his dad, is a no brainer.
