Debbie Harry Goldfrapp on Alan Carr

Is it just me, or does Alison Goldfrapp look exactly like Debbie Harry in this video? Seeing as Alison was born in 1966 and Debbie in 1945, it’s clear that either Debbie Harry is using a miracle cream or Alison needs to cut down on the black eyeshadow… OR Alison is Debbie’s long lost daughter, we’re just saying.

Regardless, we couldn’t help but post this video of Goldfrapp singing her new single ‘Believer’ from the Alan Carr show because honestly, who doesn’t love Alan Carr.

Deborah Harry Donates Song To World AIDS Day

Here’s a statement from Debbie posted on her official site: *First of all I want to say thank you to everyone who has come out to see my solo shows over the last few weeks around the country and in Canada. As we approach World AIDS Day, 10th Street Entertainment Management and myself thought this would be a special way to offer our support and do what we do best at the same time, namely providing music and entertainment to Debbie Harry fans. Here is a link to a free download of the Stonebridge remix of ‘Two Times Blue’ along with a link to donate to the San Francisco AIDS Foundation. The fight against AIDS has come a long way but we aren’t there yet and maybe your participation with this download will be another step in the right direction.

Have a happy holiday season & keep movin’,

xx Debbie Harry*

Debbie Harry Explains Bizarre Beauty Secrets

Andhra News reports: *Blondie singer Debbie Harry once took sheep embryo injections to maintain her young looks. The 62-year-old claimed that she got the idea from a Swiss clinic in Montreux. “I thought: ‘Wow, this is so logical – you have fresh cells’. I was the youngest person that had ever done it,” the Sun quoted Harry, as saying. “They made the injections from the embryos of black sheep and they would take from different organs in different embryos – from the liver, the glands and from the bone – in order to make up the injections. There were 11 injections in all,” she said. That’s not all the ‘Blondie’ singer has done to stay young, for she revealed that she even had a ‘facial surgery’ and now take the controversial hormone treatment HGH keep old age at bay. “At one time age was considered wisdom and prestige. But now nobody really values age the way they did,” she said.*
