Enjoy ‘Winter Hill’ below. Read my review of Doves @ NYC’s Terminal 5 here.
It’s been nearly four painfully long years since Doves last played NYC. Last night marked their glorious return. I shouldn’t be too upset about their absence, as each & every studio release that they’ve put out (since 2000) is more epic & stunning than the last. Kingdom Of Rust is no exception to this general rule. Sorting through selections from each of their full-lengths, Doves won me over yet again (in spite of my intense loathing of Terminal 5). Their 100 minute set was brilliant from start to finish. Last week, Doves performed ‘Kingdom Of Rust’ on Carson Daly. Visit Doves at their official MySpace page.
