Before I left for Washington this weekend, I posted a few songs inspired by Obama. One was Jana Mashonee’s take on ‘A Change is Gonna Come’. Jana performed at the Native American ball on Tuesday night and if I wasn’t asleep on my friend’s floor, completely passed out from waking up before dawn to get a spot on The Mall, I would have been there to see her.
