Our most excellent friends over at Merry Swankster and Soft Communication are throwing a mini festival at Union Hall in Brooklyn this weekend. We highly suggest you head out there if you are in the New York area to check out their brilliant taste in music.

Here’s where I’ll be Saturday night, the Neon Lights event at The Delancey where I’ll finally get a chance to see Fluxblog darling, A Sunny Day in Glasgow, and blogstars, The Muggabears. Not to mention the fact that Cassettes Won’t Listen is djing. I’ve seen CWL perform twice and loved it each time, so I’m excited to see what he does behind the decks.

Speaking of Cassettes Won’t Listen, I’ve listen to Jay’s new offering for Valentine’s Day about twelve times so far. It’s a cover of Liz Phair’s ‘Fuck and Run’ and it’s pretty freaking cool (download).
