Noise For The Needy is a small registered non-profit organization based out of Seattle, Washington. The goal of the group is to raise cash for charitable causes through live music. To date they’ve raised over $100,000 for local charities in and around The West Coast.
Their next endeavor includes a kick-ass festival that extends from June 6th to June 10th at various venues around Seattle. Bands participating include CSS, Okkervil River, Matt & Kim, The Lights & Wintergreen amongst others. All shows are incredibly cheap ($12 and under) and benefit a Music Slut approved charity.
