This past Saturday, The Physics of Meaning added a second date to their tour through New York, playing a special, intimate performance at Rockwood Music Hall. We love Rockwood Music Hall, we really do, but Jesus Mary and Joseph, it was hot in there. Standing nearly stock still we were pouring sweat.

Despite the hallucinating heat, Physics gave it their all, never faltering in their energetic performance. They’ve added a new song to the repertoire that closed the show that was stellar. I don’t know what it was called, must remember to ask them in Austin at one of their 5 performances…

The Physics Of Meaning never cease to amaze me. After last night’s gig, I’ve officially lost count of the grand total number of times I’ve witnessed the North Carolina based act’s highly impressive live show. Fronted by vocalist & violinist, Daniel Hart, The Physics Of Meaning positively soared throughout their forty minute set.
