The Ramones – Merry Christmas
All the children are tucked in their beds
Sugar-plum fairies dancing in their heads
Snowball fighting, it’s so exciting, baby
I love you and you love me
And that’s the way it’s got to be
I loved you from the start
‘Cause Xmas ain’t the time for breaking each other’s heart

College Music Journal is reporting that punk legends, The Ramones, will have their logo emblazoned on Converse All-Stars as part of a new line offered by the shoe giants, beginning today!
You can get your very own pair here at Converse.com. The Chucks will set you back $60+. More info on the sneaks via this link. Something tells me that the folks over at Doc Martens are kicking themselves right about now.

Eery? I surely think so.
Deceased rock royalty Kurt Cobain, Joe Strummer, Joey Ramone and Sid Vicious are all being used in a new print/poster campaign across the UK for famous footwear designer, Dr. Martens.
Punk News reports that Dr. Martens said the following about the new ads: “We wanted to communicate that Dr. Martens boots are ‘made to last,’ and we discovered that these idolized musicians wore them. Showing them still wearing their Docs in heaven dramatized the boots’ durability perfectly. And, as images, they feel very iconic.”
Check out Joe Strummer in his Docs to your right; to view all the associated images, hop over to Oh No They Didn’t.
